Ashley Judd's Story

Ashley is a beautiful shepherd mix who has been waiting for a family since 2018. She and two others in the "Judd family" were found loose next to the shelter. All three were very fearful, but Ashley has come out of her shell, although she may take time to warm up to new people and situations. But behind that cautious exterior is a gentle soul who needs patience, understanding, and a quiet place to feel safe. She would thrive with someone willing to let her move at her own pace. Watching a shy dog learn to trust is one of the most rewarding experiences, and Ashley is worth every bit of that effort.
