Meet Ash – Our Little Ice Storm Survivor 🐾<br/>Ash is a 13-pound Schnauzer/Poodle mix, estimated to be between 1–3 years old, with a big personality packed into a small body.<br/>Rescued just before an ice storm after severe neglect, Ash has already shown incredible resilience. Despite his rough start, he is loving, playful, and ready for a fresh start.<br/>Ash does wonderfully with dogs, cats, and kids. He loves chewing on a good bone, relaxing on the couch, and staying close to his people. If you sit down, he’ll happily claim a spot beside you.<br/>He can be a little nervous at first, but he’s learning quickly that kind humans mean safety. Once he trusts you, he bonds deeply and becomes your loyal little shadow.<br/>Ash is kennel-trained and doing very well with house-training — he rarely has accidents and continues to improve every day. He’s a smart boy who picks up routines quickly and truly wants to please.<br/>He also makes an excellent little watchdog. For a 13-pound pup, he takes his job seriously and will alert you when someone’s at the door or when something seems unusual.<br/>Ash would thrive in a patient, loving home that appreciates a small dog with personality, affection, and heart.<br/>He survived the storm.
