He has a loving heart and is ready to trade kennel stress for the comfort of a home where he can finally relax. Arthur has done well with other dogs. Arthur is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, heartworm tested, and current on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.
