Arthur is a 1 1/2 year old, neutered male that is likely an aussie/border collie mix. He came in as an owner surrender with the 6 puppies from the Frosty litter, Cooper and Hook. All have nice temperaments and the 3 adults, who had been outside dogs are easily learning to live inside.<br/><br/>Arthur is housetrained, hasn't had much experience on a leash, but he sleeps quietly in his crate, and is absolutely in love with his foster family. This is a dog that will bond very tightly with his new family.
