Meet Arthur Fonzarelli (AKA Fozzi)!<br/>Fozzi is a diamond in the Ruff. He is a medium size dog at 45lbs full grown 2.5 year old bundle of energy, love and joy! Fozzi came to Ruff Start STX with some several skin issues which have all completely cleared up! <br/><br/>Fozzi is house trained. He lives with another dog and cats and is wonderful with both. He basically is curious about cats, but is not aggressive. He can be a little shy meeting new high energy dogs in public but otherwise he sees every pup as a playmate. Fozzi's favorite things are bones or chew toys and stuffies! He has even started playing fetch with his fosters! He is highly food motivated and will do ANYTHING for treat. <br/><br/>His foster's favorite things about Fozzi are: He is unreasonably cute, he is so happy, he "purrs" at you to get your attention. Fozzie has the most adorable one flop ear! Fozzie is oblivious, he bounds around so carelessly he doesn't realize he is invading personal space, he is such a goofy guy, and he is a lot of fun! Fozzi is so gentle, he lets you take anything from his mouth. He loves kisses and cuddles. He has a lot of energy and loves to be active and run or play!<br/><br/>Don't live on STX?
