Our organization requires prospective adopters to complete a screening process prior to meeting with dogs in our program. We do need the entire party to be involved when meeting available dogs, including every family member and dog(s) that currently live in your home.<br/><br/>Meet Kirby, the ultimate canine gentleman. He has spent his years perfecting his house manners so no navigating the typical puppy hurdles. He is house and dog door trained and knows exactly where to go and is entirely trustworthy. He loves his kennel and goes in without a fuss. Kirby shows absolutely no food aggression making meal times peaceful and stress-free.<br/> <br/>Kirby pairs his smarts with a remarkably gentle, low-key demeanor. He is an affectionate soul who truly loves his people and thrives on human companionship. He gets along famously with other dogs, adults and kids alike. He has a very gentle approach to life, making him a wonderful fit for a variety of households. <br/><br/>Kirby loves to show off his stellar manners. He knows how to patiently wait for his cues and hes always down to shake hands or give you a high-five when prompted. Don't let his relaxed vibe fool you Kirby still has plenty of zest for life! <br/><br/>He is fantastic on a leash making daily strolls a total breeze. Got errands to run or a weekend getaway planned? Kirby absolutely loves car rides and will happily be your co-pilot watching the world go by from the backseat. He has a deep love for stuffed toys, which he treats with gentle care. He has a hilarious and endearing love for tetherball!
