We do need the entire party to be involved when meeting available dogs, including every family member and dog(s) that currently live in your home.

Jet is an approximately 12-15 month old fully-vetted male Australian Shepherd that came to our program from a North Texas shelter after he was found as a stray and never reclaimed.

Jet is AWESOME! He is athletic, smart, biddable, and so much fun. This guy loves to learn, loves to play, and just enjoys being made part of the family. He’s not a huge fan of being crated (and cries being left in one), but he’s quiet and does great in an ex-pen! He loves people and loves to play with other dogs, and he’s shown signs that he *might* be good with cats.

Jet rides well in a car and hasn’t shown any signs of noise phobia (ignores thunder, fireworks, etc). There are still a few things his foster parents are working on with him, such as counter-surfing and other similar manners, but very standard stuff for a young Aussie and overall, he’s a very good boy that would love a forever family in 2026!
