Meet Armstrong. This pup is almost 8 weeks old. He is a lab mix and weighs about 7 lbs. He is very sweet. He loves humans and dogs. Crate trained. Smart. Loving. We are looking for a home with a fenced yard or active adopter because he loves to run around and play.
He was rescued after being abandoned in Puerto Rico with her litter mates. He is available for adoption in Northern Virginia/DC/MD. We currently cannot do home visits in light of Covid-19 risks, so no homes with cats please since we cannot test whether they get along.
