Yes!<br/><br/>Is your foster dog vaccinated? Yes.<br/><br/>Is your foster dog good with other dogs? Yes, he has started to play nicely with them.<br/><br/>Is your foster dog good with cats? He would need slow introductions , but he’s been in the same area as our cat and hasn’t reacted too much<br/><br/>Is your foster dog good with kids? He loves kids , he can be a bit mouthy so needs supervision.<br/><br/>Is your foster dog house-trained? He is very good in the house but does have some accidents by the door, if you aren’t quick enough to get him outside.<br/><br/>Is your foster dog crate-trained? He settles well in the crate and loves it to be quiet. He also loves to have some down time during the day in his crate. He can be vocal when going into the crate at first but settles fine.<br/><br/>Does your dog have any special needs or medical conditions? No<br/><br/>Does your dog display any aggression (e.g., with toys, food, people, leash reactivity)? He definitely has resource guarding tendencies, but they are easily managed with firm boundaries.<br/><br/>Is your dog playful? He loves to play with toys and is starting to have morning zoomy time with his foster brother.<br/><br/>Describe your dog’s energy level: He is very energetic, loves to be outside, and go for walks. We give him alot of enrichment toys and activities, but he also enjoys down time.<br/><br/>Does your dog like to snuggle? He is very lovey and has started to snuggle.<br/><br/>Does your dog know basic commands? He knows sit very well and will sit and wait for his food or when exiting and entering doorways. He also knows lay down.<br/><br/>Does your dog know any special tricks? Sit, lay down, and shake a paw<br/><br/>Describe your dog’s level of training: Basic. Armand is a very smart boy, he is food motivated and catches on to commands very quickly . He has come along way in a short period of time.<br/><br/>Does your dog like to go on walks? He loves walks and does very well on the leash.<br/><br/>Does your dog have any fears? He’s not a fearful boy.<br/><br/>Does your dog have any unique traits, either in personality or appearance? He’s a comical guy , loves to stomp his feet and crawl when he plays with other dogs.<br/><br/>What are the first three words that come to mind when you think of your dog? Goofy, smart, and adventurous.<br/><br/>Provide a description of your foster dog and the ideal home for them:<br/>This fun, energetic young boy would thrive in an active home that enjoys daily walks, playtime, and mental challenges. He’s a smart pup who loves enrichment toys and learning new things, so a family that can keep his mind busy will make him happiest. He does well with other dogs and will do well with someone who can continue his training, calmly and consistently. With his friendly nature and great leash manners, he’ll make an amazing adventure buddy and a loving companion.
