Hes especially shy around men and may bark or retreat to a place that feels safe, like under a desk or into his kennel, when he feels overwhelmed.<br/><br/>The good news? In just two weeks in foster care, Arlo has already made amazing progress. Every day he shows a little more curiosity and courage.<br/><br/>Once Arlo starts to relax, his personality shines in the sweetest ways. He has the cutest little head tilt whenever something catches his attention, and when hes out playing in the yard, hes got moves! One of his favorite things is running in front of the other dogs and showing off an adorable spinning turn that honestly has to be seen to be believed. <br/><br/>Arlo is looking for a family that will celebrate the small victories, give him grace while he adjusts, and help him continue becoming the confident dog hes meant to be.
