Arlo, male, estimated to be around 17 weeks old was recently red listed at a crowded California shelter after his 7-day stray hold. Him and his sister werent even given names before ending up at risk. Thankfully, they are now safe in foster in Massachusetts, where they have begun their search for forever homes filled with love, safety, and second chances.
