Arlen was rescued form abandonment at an empty house along with 3 other dogs and a puppy. He is estimated to be ~3 years old. They were left there for weeks without food until someone found them and asked us if we could help. Arlen has completed his health checks and protocol and is ready for a family in the PNW. In the meantime, he is patiently waiting in Mexico.
