Meet Aries – Twice Abandoned, Still Full of Love <br/><br/>Aries is a sweet giant who has had his heart broken twice. This beautiful boy has been surrendered by two separate families—both times through no fault of his own. His most recent family returned him after a life change, and now he’s back at the shelter, wondering why he can’t seem to find a place to truly belong.<br/><br/>When a volunteer recently took Aries for a walk, he soaked in every moment of love and attention. But when it was time to head back inside, Aries buried his head in the volunteer’s lap, not wanting to return to the shelter kennel. That small, heartbreaking gesture says everything—he just wants a family to love him and never let him go again.<br/><br/>Aries is currently under the care of Heritage Humane Society, but we are helping to share his story in hopes of finding him a forever family—or even a foster home—where he can heal and feel safe.<br/><br/>From what we know so far, Aries is super sweet, needs an experienced adopter, and he adores people.
