Ariana is the absolute textbook example of what a true rescue Chihuahua aspires to be!<br/>She is very small, but thinks she’s the biggest dog in the room!<br/>SHe’s one of the most affectionate little dogs in the world, but only if you are one of her select chosen few!<br/>She is opinionated about many things, and will tell you all about those opinions, wether you ask or not!<br/>She is an unabashed ninja licker- you don’t always see it coming but at some point, you will discover parts of your face are suddenly being thoroughly scrubbed by a chihuahua tongue, including up your unsuspecting nostrils if you aren’t careful (don’t worry though, it stops immediately if you object!)<br/><br/>She finds strangers initially offensive until proven otherwise, but, like many skeptical girls, is easily won over by a cookie or two. <br/>She occasionally gets offended by things you didn’t even know could be offensive, but don’t worry though, she forgives quickly and doesn’t hold grudges! <br/>She asks politely to be picked up, and is not bashful about telling you when it is time for a cuddle, whether it fits your schedule or not. <br/>She is dog friendly, cat friendly, crate trained, mostly house trained (although beware, this tiny, lovable, dictator will still occasionally have accidents, because it’s too cold outside, to warm outside, might be raining somewhere, the door is too far away to bother, or she just felt like it… or, perhaps just out of spite because you stopped her from licking out your nostril one time too many last week!! Or, perhaps it’s just to keep you on your toes… who really knows… certainly not us!<br/>Just beware, she isn’t perfect in that regard!<br/><br/>She occasionally gets concerned should you leave the room unsupervised, so don’t be surprised if this pint sized bundle of authoritarian leadership follows you everywhere you go until she decides you are ready for a little independence.<br/><br/>She will crate at night without too much resentment, but she will make you feel guilty enough that you may as well scoot over in bed and invite her in for a cozy night of spooning… cuz eventually, that’s how it’s probably going to be anyhow!<br/><br/>Although she is a good sport about human chaos, she secretly prefers a quieter home to rule over, with just a couple/ few people to watch over and call her own<br/>.
