Arden's Story
Meet Addison, Arden & Aspen

Addison, Arden, and Aspen are three young Shepherd mix sisters who have already been through more than any young dog should. They come from a difficult situation where food was not consistently available, and their basic care was not always able to be provided. When they arrived in shelter, all three girls were thin and in need of some much-needed nourishment, stability, and care.

Since coming to the shelter, their lives have started to look very different. With regular meals, veterinary care, a safe place to rest, and people looking out for them, Addison, Arden, and Aspen have been steadily gaining weight and getting stronger. They still have some catching up to do, but every day they are moving a little closer to the healthy, happy young dogs they are meant to be.

Despite their difficult start, these girls have so much potential ahead of them. They have lived successfully with other dogs and are now learning what it feels like to have their needs consistently met. As young Shepherd mixes, they will need families who are ready to provide plenty of exercise, training, structure, patience, and continued good nutrition as they grow.

More than anything, these sisters deserve to know what it feels like to never wonder where their next meal is coming from. They deserve a soft place to sleep, a full bowl, someone to guide them, and a family who will be there for them for the rest of their lives.

Addison, Arden, and Aspen have already shown us how resilient they are. Now they're ready for the part of their story where they get to simply be young dogs - learning, playing, growing, and discovering what a loving home feels like.

They've come a long way. Now they just need someone willing to help them finish the journey.
