Archie's Story

Archie is a 2-year-old Shih Tzu who came from a breeding facility in southern Missouri. When he was no longer wanted we stepped in to give him the fresh start he deserved, and wow, has he come a long way!

It took Archie a little time to adjust to home life, but with his foster’s love and patience, he’s blossomed! He’s doing great with potty training, learning how to enjoy life as a family dog, and he gets along well with both dogs and cats.

Archie is tiny but full of personality - vocal, funny, and affectionate. His foster’s favorite thing? Every morning when the alarm goes off, Archie pounces in for snuggles and kisses. Oh, and his favorite treat? Ice cubes!

Archie is ready to find his forever home. If you’d like to meet him, visit phdpr.org/adopt to apply!

**PLEASE NOTE - We are unable to respond to inquiries on PetFinder.
If you are interested in adopting, please fill out the adoption application at phpdr.org/adopt and email it to dogs@peoplehelpingpaws.org
