Archie is a 40-pound Shepherd/Border Collie Cross. He is 13 months old and is in great shape. <br/><br/>Archie is a sweet fella who is friendly and playful, but he’s a ‘tad’ tentative. It’s nothing a friendly pat-pat and a warm human face won’t cure.<br/><br/>Archie comes to our kennels with still no place to call home. Through no fault of his own, Archie was surrendered by his last owners, and now he’s at Pet Friends. Cross your fingers this is the last shelter he’ll ever see. <br/><br/>Archie is inquisitive, friendly, and sure to make a great family pet. We don’t know how he behaves with cats, but true to working dogs’ character traits, he could be prone to chasing them. <br/><br/>Archie would be a great pet for an active family who might enjoy running, the love of the outdoors, and/or lots of movement (walks, rides in the car, performing tricks).
