Archie Husky & Doberman Pinscher Mix West Decatur, PA

Hi! My real name is Archer - but you can call me Archie! I'm a 4-year old male husky/doberman mix. I'm a big guy - over 80 lbs.! (Nittany Beagle Rescue took me because I was in a home with a beagle that needed rehomed). I'm a very handsome fellow! I'm really strong, & so I need a home where my people have some strength. I would do best in a home with a fenced yard since I'm so strong. Plus I really like to spend time outside sniffing & exploring.I can jump, so the fence should be fairly high. I'm super friendly with people! I'm good with kids. But I would knock young children down, so it would be best if the children are older. I'm a very affectionate dog & love to sleep in bed with my people! I'm a playful fellow too! And a bit of a goof! I'm already housetrained. (I don't really care for the crate), but sometimes I mark in the house. So I need work on that. (I'm fine with wearing a belly band, if you won't be home for awhile). I need socialization training. I've lived with 2 other dogs. But I don't really like dogs I don't know. But I'm so big & full of energy, that I'm too much for dogs smaller than me. I also chase cats, & so a home without a cat would be best. But I love to wear my jammies! I'm adorable! I'm already neutered & up-to-date on vaccines.
