Archie's Story

This adorable boy was scheduled for euthanasia in a crowded shelter to make room for all of the 4th of July strays. He's about 35 pounds, maybe 2 years old and doesn't seem to know anything about being a loved companion. But he likes people, seeks attention and clearly longs to trust and learn.

Archie looks like he could be a Cattledog/Poodle mix. Those scruffy mutts we used to call Terrier mixes almost always come back as Poodle mixes when we DNA test them. But, whatever he is, he's a great medium size and cut as can be. We look forward to showing him how sweet life can be. Archie will be available after neuter and vetting.

Applications at:

http://dogwoodanimalrescue.org/adoption-application-dogs/

You can follow us on social media at:

https://.www.instagram.com/dogwoodanimalrescue/
https://.www.facebook.com/.DogwoodAnimalRescue/

Making a difference, one animal at a time.
