This handsome boy came to us when his previous family realized they didn’t have enough time for him, and now he’s eager to find a new home ready to keep up with his playful spirit.<br/><br/><br/>Appa may look full-grown, but don’t be fooled — he’s still very much a puppy at heart! He’s learning his manners and would thrive with someone ready to guide him through basic training and plenty of positive reinforcement. With the right mix of exercise and mental enrichment, Appa will shine as the smart, loyal companion he’s meant to be.<br/><br/><br/>When meeting new dogs, Appa can be a little unsure at first, but after a few minutes he warms up and loves joining in on playgroup fun! He prefers gentle playmates over rough wrestlers and may enjoy having a dog friend at home with a slow, gradual introduction.<br/><br/><br/>Appa’s big enthusiasm for life makes him best suited for a home without young kids, simply because he’s still working on those puppy manners. We always recommend that everyone in the household meet him before adoption to make sure it’s a perfect fit.
