Apollo's Story
Age: Estimated DOB 9/27/2025
Weight: 20.4 lbs.
Dog friendly: Yes
Cat friendly: Yes
Kid friendly: Yes
Potty trained: Yes, on a schedule
Crate trained: Yes

Looking for an affectionate cuddle buddy? Look no further!

Little Apollo was rescued from a breeder in Missouri along with dozens, possibly hundreds, of other dogs. Despite his difficult beginnings, he has adjusted beautifully in his foster home.

House & Crate Manners
Potty trained on a schedule: He follows the other dogs outside and has had excellent success. We've only had a few pee accidents.

Crate trained: He comfortably spends time in his crate during the workday with around 4 hours in the morning, a lunch potty break, and another 3.5 hours in the afternoon.

At night: He sleeps silently in his crate on a soft bed. Once he's fully potty trained he'd likely love to cuddle on the bed too. If he really needs to go potty overnight, he will whine enough that you'll understand it's more than the usual pitty-me whimpers!

Behavior & Personality
No chewing issues: Even at such a young age, Apollo hasn't chewed on anything he wasn't supposed to.

Affectionate and Sweet: He aims to please and loves to give affection just as much as he receives it. He will follow you everywhere!

Quiet indoors: Apollo is a fairly quiet pup, he doesn't make much noise unless one of the other resident dogs is barking, but he only makes some huffs and puffs.

Health & Care
Apollo has no known ongoing health issues.

Gets Along With Everyone
In his foster home, Apollo's fursiblings include:

9 year old female Golden Retriever
4 year old reactive male Cattle Dog/Pit mix
11 month old male Cocker Spaniel
2 year old male cat who Apollo doesn't seem to notice

He has been wonderful with all of them - gentle, respectful, and easygoing.

Adoption Fee: $795
