Apollo's Story

Meet Apollo, a 2-year-old Shepherd mix who came to the shelter as a stray and was never reclaimed. No one came looking. No one called. And somehow, this handsome boy is still the first one to greet us each day like he believes his person is just running a little late.

Apollo is everything you love about a Shepherd mix — loyal, smart, and deeply connected to his people. He watches you with those thoughtful eyes, always trying to figure out what you’re asking. He’s eager to please and would thrive with someone who enjoys training, adventure, and building that strong human-dog bond.

He’s young, active, and ready for a life bigger than a kennel. Walks? Yes please. Yard zoomies? Absolutely. A home where he can stretch out, learn, and belong? That’s the dream.

Apollo didn’t get reclaimed — but that just means his real family hasn’t met him yet.

If you’re looking for a devoted sidekick who will be all in, all the time, Apollo is ready to blast off into his forever home.
