Apollo's Story

Meet Apollo!
Apollo is a three year old male Labrador Retriever/Doberman mix. He was brough to us alongside his sister, Lunna, who has her own listing. The pair were surrendered through no fault of their own when their owner had to move and could not bring them along. These two do not have to be adopted together, and are now looking for forever home!
Apollo is the embodiment of "man's best friend." With his heart as big as the sun, Apollo will quickly snare your heart with his affectionate and curious nature. He loves exploring the world and is always up for an adventure, whether it's a walk in the park or a game of fetch (though good luck with him bringing the ball back!). Apollo is loyal and friendly, and will always be by your side, offering a listening ear and a warm, loving presence. Apollo has had some training and knows basic commands. He is eager to please and quick to learn, making him a joy to be around.
Apollo has lived with other dogs and cats and did great with them all. He has not been around any children yet. With his lovebug personality we think he would adore kids, but keep in mind that he is over 100 pounds and could knock children down! He will need to be supervised around any little ones to make sure he isn't causing any injuries by accident. With his size it is also important to keep in mind that he's going to need plenty of room to accommodate, and will not make a good apartment dog.
One disclosure: Apollo does have some yeasty ears at times. There are some over-the-counter drops that can help with this, or a veterinarian can provide medicated drops for infrequent use. If his future owners keep up with cleaning his ears, this shouldn't cause too much of an issue!
This sweetie is housebroken and fully vaccinated. Now he's ready for a home to call his own! Apollo is the perfect companion for anyone looking for a faithful and devoted friend. Come meet Apollo today and let him brighten your world!
