What is Westie Rescue of the MidAtlantic States Inc.’s adoption process?

Westie Rescues all over the USA are seeking homes that have the terrier experience that will allow a rescued Westie grow into your best buddy. Owners need to understand that many of these dogs are happy friendly pets who have found themselves in the wrong home at the wrong time. Reasons for give ups range from death, divorce, child/dog conflicts, Armed service moves to conflict areas, health of the humans and declining health of the Westie him/herself, so we are seeking new owners who have the patience, mindset, resources, and understanding that this match is for the life of both of you.
