Annabelle's Story
Meet Annabelle- Learning Love, One day at a time

Annabelle is a super happy 3-year-old terrier mix who is discovering just how wonderful life can be as a beloved family dog. Once a stray, she's leaving that chapter behind and learning what it means to feel safe, secure, and loved. She's affectionately called Annie by her foster family.

Annabelle enjoys joyful zoomies around the yard and loves playing with her foster brother. She's happiest simply spending time with her canine companion and her people.

Like many dogs adjusting to home life, Annabelle needed a little time to learn that she didn't have to compete for attention. With patience and consistency, she's blossomed into a happy, confident little dog who is embracing the love she's always deserved.

This petite sweetheart greets her foster with pure excitement every time her family comes home. She is crate trained, house trained, and does well with other small dogs and respectful children. Larger dogs do make her a little nervous and will need time to adjust to. Annabelle also enjoys going for walks. She also likes to snuggle and sit in someone's lap when riding in the car.

As with any newly adopted dog, she should remain on leash until she's settled into her new home and familiar with her surroundings. Annabelle would love a secure yard where she can run and play, along with a patient, stable family who will continue helping her build confidence. In return, she'll reward you with loyalty, affection, and the joy of watching a once-forgotten dog truly flourish.

If you're looking for a rewarding adoption and a faithful companion who will love you with her whole heart, Annabelle is ready to meet you.
