ANGUS- Needs a forever home!'s Story

Angus' birth year: 2016

Angus is a very sweet Boxer who was surrendered to our rescue due to the wife dying from cancer. The husband is a paraplegic and cannot care for Angus. This loyal boy loves all people and enjoys just hanging out with them, May be good with other dogs after a slow introduction. Unknown how he is with cats. His forever home must have a totally enclosed, physically fenced yard. Angus is neutered, up to date on his vaccinations, on heartworm preventative, as well as house trained. Angus wants a home where he is loved and spoiled for the rest of his life.

All dogs we rescue stay with us until they find their forever homes. We do not do same-day adoptions. A home visit is required to ensure our dog is going to a safe environment and our dog gets along with your dog(s) and/or cat(s). We require all our dogs over the age of 1 year attend 1 obedience class (6-week session) outside the home. You must live within 1 hour of Birmingham, MI, to adopt one of our dogs.
