Rescue story: <br/>Meet Angus! This cutie was an owner surrender (we can't believe it either). His previous owner had 3 dogs. When he needed to move, he said he no longer wanted a "bigger" dog, keeping his two Pomeranians. This ADORABLE little ball of fluff is looking for his forever home. He is more than just a pretty face; he's an affectionate pup with a great personality. Angus is happy to chill with you on the couch but also has a playful streak! <br/><br/>Angus enjoys being around his humans. He is never too far from you. This guy loves being scratched and smothered with kisses. When he becomes comfortable with you, he'll return those kisses as well! <br/><br/>Angus does not enjoy being crated. He will whine until you let him out. He prefers to relax on the couch or dog bed during the day. At night, he sleeps in bed with his humans without issue.<br/><br/>He is not a yappy dog, but will bark (quietly) a few times when he hears the doorbell, loud noises, other dogs barking. Angus is spooked by loud noises and unfamiliar situations at first so he will need a quiet home.<br/><br/>Angus would do well as an only dog or have a doggy friend if they are respectful of his space. He is afraid of large dogs, however. Angus is also happy to play alone with stuffies and chew on a bone.<br/><br/>It will likely take Angus a few months to feel completely comfortable in his new home. It is recommended that leash walks be very limited and done in quiet spaces until he adjusts to his environment.
