Life is not always fair to both dogs and humans, Angie’s wonderful guardian passed away recently and no family was able to take Angie into their home. Angie was returned to our rescue to find her another wonderful home! She was rehomed for a year with another family and then was returned. Angie has spend the past few months with a trainer.<br/><br/>If you are looking for a great dog, here are some things you need to know about her!<br/><br/>House-trained & Reliable: Angie is very loyal and knows how to communicate when she needs to go outside. She can hold it for long periods if necessary.<br/><br/>Walks & Park Time: She loves her walks in the park and is learning to interact with other dogs, though she still needs a little more practice. She is also great in the country. She loves to run and play, understand boundaries and comes when called.<br/><br/>Car Ride Enthusiast: Angie enjoys going for car rides and feels right at home while exploring with you.<br/><br/>Relaxation Expert: Whether it's hanging out on the deck or snuggling down at bedtime, Angie knows how to unwind.<br/><br/>Grooming Lover: She loves being brushed and enjoys trips to the groomers.<br/><br/>Playful Spirit: Angie adores attention, playtime, and, most importantly, pleasing her owner.<br/><br/>Well-Behaved: Angie understands commands like "Leave it" and responds well to a firm "No."<br/><br/>She enjoys her meals and waits patiently while you finish up. Animalert Pet Adoptions's Adoption Policy
When a pet comes into one of our foster homes, we have our veterinarian assess its health, vaccinate it and spay/neuter it at the appropriate age. We then network, promote & advertise to find permanent guardians for all cats & dogs listed with us. We also arrange adoptions for guardians who, for a variety of reasons, can no longer keep their pets. These animals may or may not have been recently checked by their veterinarian so we cannot warrant the health of these animals still living with their original guardian. It is recommended that any new adoptive guardian have their veterinarian assess the overall health of the animal that interests them before they make a permanent commitment to adopting the animal.
