Angelica has been waiting for a family since September 2025, and after spending so many months in the shelter, kennel life is beginning to take a toll on her. She is at risk, not because she isn't a wonderful dog, but because she's been overlooked for far too long.<br/><br/>Outside of her kennel, Angelica is a completely different dog. She greets people with a loose, wagging body, lots of kisses, and a sweet, affectionate personality. During office time, she was the perfect houseguest-happy to relax on the couch or in a dog bed, entertain herself with a chew toy, respect a baby gate, and keep her space clean.<br/><br/>Angelica also loves adventures. She recently hiked more than three miles on a Doggy Day Out and still had energy to spare! She walks nicely on a leash, rides great in the car, and takes treats gently, making her an excellent companion for everything from weekend hikes to everyday errands.<br/><br/>Angelica can be selective about other dogs and does best with slow, thoughtful introductions, so a meet-and-greet with any resident dogs is recommended.<br/><br/>Angelica has waited long enough.
