Andy is great with dogs big (110 pounds) and small (9 pounds) but prefers the company of calmer dogs as he does not appreciate being climbed on by his puppy foster siblings! He simply wants to peacefully coexists with other furbabies- he would be very fulfilled as your only furbaby or as one with another calm furbaby!<br/><br/>He LOVES and craves attention from his humans! He will often do a dance when he knows his people are getting ready to pet him or he’ll sploot his back legs out like a complete goofball!<br/><br/>As if Andy could get any better, he is AMAZING during grooming! He enjoys being brushed and does such a great job tolerating knots being pulled out! He is also ALWAYS super photogenic lol! He tilts his head in the most adorable way making for the CUTEST pictures and he will photograph PERFECTLY for family photos (hint hint nudge nudge, adopt Andy and take cute family photos!!)<br/><br/>Andy walks well on the leash, rides GREAT in the car, and is currently working on potty training! He’s been doing well when on a strict schedule (but his foster still keeps a diaper on him just in case lol)!<br/><br/>Andy is not a super yappy dog. He doesn’t bark at new people or strange noises, the only time he typically barks is when he is crated or left alone, other than that he is a quiet boy! Andy goes to work with his foster mom and is able to self entertain with toys (his favorite is a squeaky tennis ball) or sleep!<br/><br/>Andy is working hard on crate training! He does well crated while his family is home but when they leave, he does tend to bark. But, if you want to leave him out while you are gone, that’s not a big issues as he’s not destructive and his foster leaves him out while she runs errands!<br/><br/>Andy’s ideal home would be with someone who works from home or is willing to take him with everywhere! This boy is a stage 5 clinger and his person/people are the CENTER of his world! He LOVES to travel with his foster mom while she’s out and about- is always happy to be in the car riding along!
