Hi I am Andres. I am from Puerto Rico. My owner passed away and the family did not want me. They took me to the vet and said “put him down”. The vet said absolutely not! He contacted a lovely woman named Peggy - she took me to her home, gave me good food, lots of love and made sure I had a major dental! I am 7 years old. I do have a minor heart murmur. I am a “blue” Chihuahua. I flew to North Carolina - because there are so many dogs that need Peggy’s help. I am looking for a quiet house - and a nice family who will give me alot of love and attention. I am very small - 7 pounds and I like to snuggle.
