Amigo

Amigo is approximately 5 years, around 40 pounds, neutered, fully vaccinated & microchipped Rotti mix breed. He is crate trained but needs patience and practice with potty & leash training~ soon he will be a pro of all three!! <br/><br/>He is affectionate, playful but can be a bit nervous when first met with unexpected changes. Amigo gets along well with most dogs (but also a little dominant so we suggest he be paired with a female companion), adults and older children alike. Given his adaptability, he should be able to learn your family’s routine rather quickly and become part of the gang in no time!!!<br/><br/>Amigo was rescued from the streets of Tecate very neglected, malnourished, suffering with TVT and a broken paw due to an old injury. Fortunately he is now flourishing under the loving care of a foster. His TVT was treated and while he still limps; he is pain free (Feb 2024)<br/><br/>Amigo has a lot of love to give and longs for a family who can provide him patience, affection and attention he craves. He deserves a warm and loving home where he can feel cherished as a member of the family!!!
