Hi! I’m Amber! I’m a 5-month-old German Shepherd puppy with a sweet, easy-going personality, a great start on becoming an awesome companion...and did I mention I’m super cute too? <br/><br/>Right now, I’m working through a four-week training program with Sunnyside School for Dogs, where I’m learning all the important puppy stuff. I’m crate trained and have solid foundational obedience, and I’m practicing how to listen, engage with my handler, and make good choices. I’m a smart girl and really enjoy learning!<br/><br/>Of course, I’m still a puppy, so my education shouldn’t end when I go home. My new family will need to keep up with what I’ve learned so all this hard work sticks. Don’t worry—it doesn’t mean hours of training every day! Just one or two short 5–10 minute sessions a day can help me maintain my skills and keep moving forward. You can even work training into my meals, playtime, walks, and everyday life.<br/><br/>I’m sweet, easy going, and ready to find a family who will give me the structure, consistency, love, and guidance a young German Shepherd needs.
