What is SNARR Northeast’s adoption process?

Thank you for wanting to adopt a rescue dog! We ask you to please fill out an application if you are interested in meeting a specific dog. We have an adoption center in Brewster, NY but we are predominantly based foster rescue. If there is a litter of puppies you are interested in, please put a first, second and third choice on your application. What is Amber’s adoption fee?

Is Amber good with kids?

Amber is good with kids under the age of 5 and kids over the age of 5.

Is Amber good with other animals?

Amber is good with other dogs. Amber is not good with cats.

When can I meet Amber?

As soon as the adoption organization has a chance to review your information, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.

When can I adopt Amber?

Time to adopt varies, but typically adoption organizations require an official application prior to adoption. If you’re a match, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.
