Meet Amber — a gentle young pup with a shy heart and so much potential waiting to bloom. 💛 At only around 6 months old, Amber is still learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. She is very reserved when first meeting new people and situations, and will need a patient, understanding home willing to let her move at her own pace. Amber would love another confident dog to help her gain confidence, this is truly making her shine in her foster home!<br/><br/>With yummy treats, kindness, consistency, and a calm environment, Amber slowly begins to open up and show her sweet personality. Watching her gain confidence and learn to trust is incredibly rewarding, and she’s looking for someone willing to give her the time and compassion she deserves. 🐾<br/><br/>Since she’s still just a puppy, Amber will also need continued work on all the basic puppy skills including potty training, leash walking, crate training, and learning household routines. Future vaccines, tests, and treatments will be the responsibility of the adopter.
