Alyssa's Story
Sweet Alyssa came to us with a back leg that wasn’t functioning. It was found, via our vets, that she had sustained 2 separate injuries that were old and not treated. Due to this, they healed poorly and made surgery an unlikely fix, so she had her leg amputated. BUT that’s not slowing her down at all! She does great on her 3 legs and is just a fast little booger.
She is still very hesitant around people, not that we blame her, but she loves her furry friends (big or small) .
She needs someone patient who will let her adjust. Another pup in the house would be helpful for her confidence. She also loves zoomies, so a fenced yard would be amazing!
**NC only
