This guy is equal parts cuddle bug, goofball, and professional snack enthusiast. Alpha loves people, loves attention, and honestly believes personal space is overrated. If you sit down, expect this big-headed sweetheart to be right beside you soaking up all the love.<br/><br/>Hes got the happiest smile, the cutest expressions, and the kind of personality that makes you instantly want to say okay fine, you can have the whole couch. Alpha is laid-back, easygoing, and fully prepared to be your favorite binge-watching buddy.<br/><br/>He also does well with other dogs and would love a home where he can relax, be spoiled, and show off his giant adorable head every day.<br/><br/>Alpha is 5 years old and he weighs 79 lbs. Sadly, he tested positive for heartworms. But please dont let this scare you away! We just need to get him into a home during his treatment. The cost for the heartworm treatment is completely covered. We can provide you with more info about his heartworm treatment if you are interested in adopting or fostering him (wed love to find him a foster home!). Once his treatment plan is completed, Alpha will be able to live a normal healthy life with no restrictions!<br/><br/><br/><br/>ADOPTING A DOG<br/>Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older).<br/><br/>If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match.<br/><br/>We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend.
