Alisa

Alisa came to us as part of a litter of 7 puppies. The mom had quit feeding them and the guardian was giving them away. Since they were only about 5 1/2 weeks old we asked that they be given to us and the guardian agreed.<br/><br/>The only thing we know about the parents is that the mom was a brown dog about 50 pounds and the dad is suspected of being a large black dog (around 80 pounds). We're listing her as a Bernese Mountain Dog but we're going entirely on appearances. She does not seem to have the size that a typical Bernese puppy would have so, based on size, coat and coloring we think that border collie mix is a possibility.<br/><br/>She's highly intelligent and very aware of what's going on around her.
