But even then, Alfie showed his true heart… because from the very first moment he was given kindness, he trusted it 🥹 Covered in burrs, ticks, and even pieces of old leashes tangled in his coat, Alfie still stood calmly and allowed himself to be brushed and cared for. No fear, no fuss—just quiet acceptance and a soft spirit that said, “thank you” without a single word 🐾💫<br/><br/>Since coming inside, Alfie has been nothing short of an angel. He hasn’t barked once. He’s calm, gentle, and incredibly easy to be around. He loves food and treats (who doesn’t? 😄) and is quick with a tail wag to show his appreciation. 💛<br/><br/>At his neuter appointment, Alfie was truly the belle of the ball 🌟 The staff absolutely fell in love with him, and he showed just how wonderful he is—completely unreactive around other dogs and taking everything in stride like a perfect gentleman.<br/><br/>He walks nicely on a leash and has been doing his business outside. Despite being so young, Alfie has an easygoing nature that would even make him a great fit for nearly any home. After a couple of days decompressing in his foster home, Alfie's playful, silly side emerged - boy is this guy happy!
