Alfie

Alfie is in great need of a foster home or forever family. About a month ago he was hit by a car which broke one of his rear legs. His previous parents were unable to provide him with the necessary care so he came to Fetch Cares. His leg was surgically repaired and he is healing well. He still has a couple weeks left of taking it easy but his veterinarian says he will be back to full speed in no time!! <br/><br/>Alfie is a 3 year old, neutered male, German shepherd mix with a big playful heart. Unfortunately, we do not know much about his history but we have learned some things about his personality in the short amount of time that we’ve had him. He can be shy at first but once he has given you a good sniff then he warms up. He is playful and energetic. Although he can be goofy he is also quite the thinker and eager to learn. He does well with other dogs and loves kids. <br/><br/>He would do great with an active person/family and he can’t wait to find his forever family.
