Meet Alexander!<br/><br/>Alexander is around 4 years old and came to us when his owner could no longer care for him.<br/><br/>Alexander is a friendly boy, though he can be a bit timid at first. He loves people, loves attention and is very affectionate. He gets along well with other dogs but has not met a cat.<br/><br/>We think he will be fine with kids too (over 8 is great).<br/><br/>Alexander is an energetic boy who loves his walks. He is not a couch potato though he can relax alongside you just fine. He does not like to be alone - which is not uncommon for rescue dogs.He can learn to spend time alone here and there.<br/><br/>He can bark at times and for this reason is not suitable for apartment living. He is working on potty training - he did not learn this in his previous home - and his foster mom is working hard to help him understand. He is catching on an doing well.<br/><br/>Alexander is vaccinated, neutered and chipped. His adoption fee is $450<br/><br/>We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.
