Because of this, Alana is still learning that life can be safe, fun, and full of kindness.<br/><br/>She can be shy when meeting new people and lacks confidence, but beneath her timid exterior is an incredibly sweet, friendly, and playful dog who truly wants to make a connection. Once she begins to trust you, her affectionate personality starts to shine, and it's impossible not to fall in love with her.<br/><br/>Alana is looking for a patient family willing to give her the time, encouragement, and positive training she needs to build her confidence. With individual attention, gentle guidance, and lots of love, she has all the potential to blossom into an amazing lifelong companion.<br/><br/>To help ensure the best match, we prefer that Alana begin in a foster-to-adopt home. This fee includes:<br/><br/>• Extensive medical health check by a licensed veterinarian<br/>• Up to date on all vaccinations. (Puppies/kittens may require some vet appointments to finish their vaccines. We will pay for those vaccines and the pet must go to our veterinarian.)<br/>• Spayed/Neutered<br/>• Microchipped<br/>• 30-day pet health guarantee for local adoptions only (*Must follow process provided at time of adoption.)<br/>• 30-day money back guarantee<br/><br/>Our goal is to find loving homes for all our rescued animals. Because we care about our rescues and their future, some animals have certain new family requirements before they can be released into their new home. Requirements for adoption could include the following:<br/><br/>• Fenced yard (required for most dogs) (no invisible fences) and home inspection for all animals; we will complete an onsite fence/home check prior to completing the adoption<br/>• Veterinary reference for previous pet owners (must be/have been current on vaccinations and heartworm prevention)<br/>• If there is no previous veterinary history, purchase of a 3-month supply of heartworm/flea/tick prevention<br/>• If renting, verification with landlord on acceptability of pets and any restrictions, pet deposit, etc.<br/>• Meet and greet with current pets to ensure compatibility<br/>• Note: We will call your current/previous veterinarian to verify that you have a history of providing vaccinations and heartworm prevention for your animal(s).
