Despite his rough beginning, this sweet little boy is now safe and ready for a fresh start with a family committed to giving him the love, structure, training, and lifelong care he deserves.<br/><br/>Because we expect a very high level of interest in Ajax, please carefully read all of his requirements before applying. We will not make exceptions.<br/><br/>Ajax's Ideal Home<br/><br/>• Experience with Cavapoos, Bichons, or similar breeds is REQUIRED<br/>• Another small, young, playful dog in the home is REQUIRED — no exceptions<br/>• Must live in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County<br/>• All dogs currently in the home must be spayed/neutered and current on required vaccinations<br/>• Proof of current veterinary care will be required<br/>• Family must be financially prepared for regular professional grooming and lifelong veterinary care<br/>• Patient and committed adopter prepared for the responsibilities of raising a puppy<br/><br/>Puppy Training & Commitment<br/><br/>Ajax is not potty trained. His new family should expect accidents and must be prepared to put in the time and consistency necessary to teach him.<br/><br/>He will need:<br/><br/>• Potty training<br/>• Basic obedience and manners<br/>• Continued socialization<br/>• Daily exercise and enrichment<br/>• Regular professional grooming<br/>• Routine veterinary care and preventatives<br/>• Patience, supervision, structure, and consistency<br/><br/>Ajax may be an adorable puppy today, but adopting him is a lifelong commitment. We are looking for a family prepared to care for him through every stage of his life.<br/><br/>Foster-to-Adopt & Neuter Requirement<br/><br/>Ajax is currently available FOSTER-TO-ADOPT ONLY because he is too young to be neutered.<br/><br/>He must be returned to Miami to be neutered through our rescue when he reaches the appropriate age.
