Adriana's Story

This sweet soul is one of the dogs saved from the recent abandonment case of 24 dogs left behind without food, safety, or anyone coming back for them. They waited quietly in the cold, confused and overwhelmed, until rescuers finally reached them. Our rescue stepped in and took 15 of them into our care — including several pregnant mothers. One of those moms has already delivered her puppies, and the others are receiving constant monitoring and prenatal support.

Even after everything they’ve survived, these dogs meet us with soft eyes and a level of forgiveness that breaks your heart in the best way. But many of them are still learning how to trust. They lived their entire lives within their pack and didn’t know anything about the world outside of it. For some, every new sound, every new human, and every change in routine feels unfamiliar and a little scary — yet they are trying so hard. Every day, we see tiny steps of bravery that mean the world.

Right now, we are covering the full cost of emergency boarding, veterinary exams, vaccinations, fecal tests, deworming, preventatives, pregnancy care, newborn care, and all supplies for the new litter. It is an overwhelming amount of work and expense — but we promised these dogs we would bring them all the way to safety, and we are keeping that promise.

When you adopt one of these dogs, you are not just giving them the future they deserve…
You are directly helping us care for the newborn babies, the pregnant moms who are still expecting, and the remaining dogs who are still recovering from this ordeal — physically and emotionally.

Please note: Adoption fees for this rescue mission will be high. This reflects the extensive medical care, prenatal and postnatal support, supplies, boarding, rehabilitation, and all costs involved in bringing these dogs from abandonment to safety. Every dollar goes directly toward the care of these dogs and the puppies already born.

If your heart is open and patient, and you feel called to be part of their healing, this dog is ready to bloom in the right home — and to give you a kind of love that only rescued dogs can give.

?

?
