Adora II's Story

Adora
Female
5 years old

Requirements: No cats, Fenced in yard

Hi everyone! My name is Adora, which everyone is pretty sure is short for adorable! I came to Wisconsin a few months ago and have been working on putting on some weight and growing a nice coat. Now that I'm as beautiful on the outside as I am on the inside, its time for me to find my forever family!

Even though I'm cute enough for anyone to want a furever with me by their side, you should probably know some things about me! I'm a very very good girl. I'm house-trained, good in a crate and well-behaved when I'm allowed to free roam the house. My foster dad even lets me be free when he leaves the house! I love learning new things, and am very food motivated. My love for all things food makes it super easy to teach me anything you want. I'm a sucker for treats!

I absolutely adore other dogs and get along with everyone I've met so far! I have 3 canine siblings in my foster home and I'd love a home with other dogs to play and snuggle with. Like any good shepherd, I have a pretty strong prey drive. My foster dad thinks I might accidentally mistake a kitty for something fun to chase, so a home without kitty siblings is probably best for everyone. But no worries, I make up for it by being the sweetest girl with all people big and small! I'm so sweet, loving and loyal. I promise I'll be your best friend in no time!

The only other requirement I have in my forever home is a fenced in yard. My foster dad thinks I have a wandering spirit when left to my own devices, and a fenced in yard will help make sure I stay safe and exactly where you want me. I absolutely love being outside in the yard with you though! I really really love it when you throw tennis balls for me, but I'm also happy to garden, play or just hang out and enjoy the beautiful spring weather.

If you are looking for a loving, sweet girl who is past the puppy shenanigans- will you consider adding me to your home? I promise to adore you forever!
