ADELE's Story
*Please send an email to inquiry@kpupsforlove.org for any questions or further process.

We are looking for a foster home urgently!

Meet Adele, a beautiful Jindo (black) mix born on December 2, 2024. She’s a 15kg spayed female with a sweet, affectionate nature and a gentle, slightly shy personality. Adele is Rocky’s sister, and the two share a strong, loving bond—they grew up together and comfort each other in new situations.

Personality & Behavior
Adele loves people and has a very friendly nature. She can be a little cautious around adult men she sees for the first time, but she warms up quickly and becomes affectionate once she feels safe. She hasn’t had exposure to young children or cats, though based on her curiosity and playful energy, she may try to chase cats if introduced.
With other dogs, Adele is generally friendly and curious. She loves approaching new canine friends, sometimes a bit too enthusiastically—she may continue trying to greet them even when the other dog shows signs of wanting space. She especially relies on the dogs she lives with and often shows puppy-like affection toward them, licking around their mouths like she would with her mother.
Adele is affectionate, playful, and loves belly rubs. Like her brother Rocky, she expresses love with enthusiasm—jumping up for hugs and giving lots of kisses. She can be a bit timid at times and tends to depend on other dogs for confidence.

Energy & Exercise
Adele’s energy level is around 3–4 out of 5. She enjoys walks, though she’s still building confidence outdoors. When she gets scared, she may flatten herself to the ground and refuse to walk temporarily, so a patient adopter will help her continue growing braver at her own pace.

House Manners
Potty: Uses both pee pads and outdoors
Separation anxiety: None currently, but she is emotionally dependent on Rocky and other dogs
Barking: Some alert or “empty” barking
Food/toy aggression: None
Prey drive: Mild—she likes to chase butterflies and small flying insects

What Makes Adele Special
Adele is a gentle, loving girl who thrives on affection and connection. She adores people, enjoys cuddles and belly rubs, and loves being close to her canine companions—especially her brother Rocky, with whom she shares a beautiful sibling bond. She is soft-hearted, smart, and eager to love, making her an incredibly rewarding companion for a family willing to nurture her confidence and enjoy her affectionate nature.

Rescue Story: Rocky & Adele
Rocky and Adele were found in a remote rural field where a group of stray dogs had been roaming. A mother dog had given birth to five puppies, but tragically, three were already lost when rescuers found the site. Only Rocky and Adele survived and were safely brought in.
Their mother and father, believed to be long-time strays, were extremely wary of humans and could never be captured despite months of effort. Rescuers continued to leave food, but eventually the adult dogs disappeared—either having moved elsewhere or having faced a sad fate. Rocky and Adele, the two surviving pups, have since grown into loving, gentle dogs ready for a safe forever home.
