Addie's Story

Dinner Bell Diva with a Heart of Gold

Addie is a 2–3-year-old Boxer/Lab mix with a gorgeous reddish-brown coat and a big, goofy smile. Medium in energy and full of personality, she’s the kind of dog who will keep you laughing with her silly quirks (especially at mealtime!) and then melt your heart with her sweetness.

Addie is generally fine with other dogs, though she can be a little bossy at times. She goes absolutely wild at mealtimes — food is her love language! Sweet with people and always eager for attention, she’s the type of pup who will happily soak up all the love you have to give.

While she hasn’t lived with kids or cats in her foster care, we think she’d be fine with respectful children. Cats are unknown, so a slow introduction would be needed if she goes to a home with feline friends.

Other things to love about Addie:

Sweet and affectionate with people.

Medium energy — enjoys playtime but also knows how to relax.

Food motivated and eager at mealtimes.

Generally good with dogs, though can be bossy.

Barks at thunder but otherwise easygoing.

Loyal and full of love.

Addie is looking for a forever home where she can bring her sweet, silly spirit and be cherished as the lovable companion she is.

+++++++

ADOPTION APPLICATION:
https://petsave.formstack.com/forms/petsave_adoption_application

+++++++

Addie is currently being fostered in Texas and can be transported to her forever home!
