Adam, the Porteguese Water Dog

Meet Adam: Your Future Velcro Best Friend!

Welcome to Adam's page! This adorable Portuguese Water Dog (PWD) is searching for his forever home through absolutely no fault of his own. When his previous family fell on hard times, they selflessly reached out to us to ensure he could find the perfect next chapter. True to his breed, Adam is brilliant, sweet, incredibly affectionate, and a total "velcro" boy who wants to be a full, active part of his humans life. He thrives on mental stimulation, loves a good outdoor adventure, and would absolutely hit the jackpot with a work-from-home buddy. While he will definitely pick a "favorite" human to bond with most deeply (a classic PWD trait!), he is incredibly social and would do wonderfully in a home with kids.

Why Youll Love Adam:

The Ultimate WFH Buddy: Adam knows how to balance his affection. After a vigorous morning snuggle, he is perfectly content to settle on the floor or his dog bed while you crush your workday.

An Excellent Co-Pilot: Love road trips? So does Adam! He is a fantastic car passenger and boasts wonderful manners, meaning hell make you proud wherever you take him. Kid-

Friendly & Social: He is a sweet-natured boy who does great with children and happily gets along with other dogs. Adventure Partner: Whether its a casual neighborhood stroll or a vigorous hike, he is always ready to explore with his favorite people. If you understand the smart, active nature of a PWD and have plenty of love (and a spot next to your desk) to give, Adam might just be your perfect match!

ONLY SERIOUS ENQUIRIES WILL BE RESPONDED TO and must be experienced with this breed.
