He absolutely loves being outdoors — whether that means hikes, exploring a fenced yard, or engaging in activities that challenge his mind and body. After a day well spent, Acorn is more than happy to settle in and relax beside his people.<br/><br/>Acorn is very people-loving, though he can be a little shy when first meeting new friends. With patience and gentle reassurance, his affectionate and loyal personality shines through. He will do best with a confident handler who can help him feel safe and supported while navigating new environments.<br/><br/>Because of his herding instincts, Acorn would prefer a quieter home with children over 15 years old who can respect his space and understand his breed tendencies.<br/><br/>This handsome boy is dog friendly and has done well with most dogs he has met.
