Ace's Story

Ace is a 2 -3 year old shepherd mix saved from Santa Cruz county shelter. He is dog friendly with everyone he has met, loves to play, and is a well natured dog all around. He has mild vision impairment in his left eye but it doesn't slow him down at all, just delays his depth perception and he occasionally bumps into things. He is vaccinated, neutered, fully vetted, and ready for his new start. He loves going for walks and snuggling.

Arrows Landing Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

All animals in our care receive full veterinary treatment prior to adoption, including vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery, microchipping, and medical clearance. Dogs also receive crate training, potty training support, and basic obedience foundations while in their foster homes. Animals who are too young or medically unable to be altered are placed in a foster-to-adopt arrangement. Their adoption is finalized once they are healthy and old enough for spay/neuter surgery. Our adoption fees are based solely on the animal’s age and never on breed.
